I worked with Lora in an environment in which the writing was greatly complicated by the infrastructure and tools used to write and publish the documentation. In addition to jumping in and learning quickly, Lora suggested and implemented changes that greatly improved the consistency and readability of the documents she was working on.
Lora is a pleasure to work with, willing and diligent, and never complaining, even when implementing the improvements through the entire doc set was sometimes tedious.
I would be very happy to have her remain a permanent member of our group.

My name is Jerry Tillman. Lora was part of the Cloudant division, which was one of our main revenue-generating database-on-cloud offerings. She was our Senior Information Developer, which meant she was responsible for all content and documentation that our clients (internally and externally) used to onboard to the Cloudant database.
In addition to her base role, Lora also:
- Maintained (creating, updating, and deleting) Cloudant documentation
- Architected the Cloudant navigation
- Wrote for translation and accessibility
I was very impressed with Lora’s meticulous nature and attention to detail. She has a firm grasp on both the business and engineering aspects, which helped her write stellar documentation that was easily consumable by our clients.
